One Touch Communication

Our telehealth program is powered by a robust HIPAA compliant, patient-centered communication platform that allows facility and community staff to seamlessly engage with any member of a patient’s care team, including MPAC clinicians, to improve communication and care coordination with simple to use telemedicine capability.

Designed for simplicity, the platform is as intuitive as texting. Staff and clinicians can communicate via secure patient channels and can easily “flag” patient needs that can be addressed in real-time by MPAC’s onsite or remote providers via telemedicine.

The Zoom integrated platform allows family members to easily join telemedicine visits and keep in communication with the patients care providers.
