Aileen is a nurse practitioner who began her nursing career at Alexian Brothers Medical Center. While there, she worked as an RN and charge nurse as part of a primary rapid response team. In addition, she was the primary preceptor for new nursing students. Later, Aileen chose to build on her experience and began the advanced practice nurse program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. While there, Aileen also accepted a position as a float nurse in the NRO Department – ICU/Stepdown track.

Courtney Cooke, LCSW
Vice President, Mental Health Care Program
Courtney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her bachelors degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and her Masters of Social Work at Loyola University Chicago.
Her past experience includes providing therapy in residential and private practice settings, Assessment & Referral and Utilizations Review in the hospital setting, medical social work in the Caribbean and case management in long term care.
Courtney is passionate about making differences in the lives of others. She believes that quality healthcare should be the expectation and is actively working toward that with new program development for Licensed Clinical Social Workers at MPAC Healthcare.

Mary Ann Jones, MSN, FNP-C
Regional Clinical Manager
Mary Ann received her Bachelor & Master's Degree in Nursing from Governor State University. Later, she attended University of St. Frances and received her Post Master degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner and certificate as a Legal Nurse Consultant. Currently, Mary Ann is pursuing her Doctorate from Chamberlain University. She is a member of NBNA, CCNBNA, CHI-ETA-PHI, SIGMA THETA TAU and PHI-THETA KAPPA,
Her love for nursing began in the long-term care setting. She was a clinical nurse specialist for over 10 years. She also fulfilled the roles of ADON, DON, Infection Control Coordinator, Unit Manager and Supervisor. Mary Ann is well-versed regarding IDPH State & Federal Regulatory Guidelines and dual certified as a wound care & diabetic wound care specialist by WCEI. Mary Ann believes in quality healthcare services and has made it her goal to continually educate nurses in the LTC setting on measures to promote safe healthcare services.

Allison Morris, Senior Vice President, Recruitment

Allison serves as MPAC Healthcare Senior Vice President of Recruitment to develop and execute recruiting strategies that align with the Company’s operational and growth goals.
Prior to joining MPAC Healthcare, Allison held roles within the post-acute care industry including Director of Advanced Practice Recruitment for Reliant Post-Acute Care Solutions and National Director, Customer Success for PAC Leaders.
In addition to her post-acute experience, Allison spent her career in healthcare staffing and recruitment. She served as a Regional Director, Client Sales of AMN Healthcare, the nation’s largest healthcare staffing company and Vice President for TVL Healthcare. Allison holds a Bachelor’s degree in English/Journalism from Valdosta State University.

Kindel Hodges
Practice Manager
Kindel worked for Good Samaritan Hospital for 13 yrs. where she began her healthcare career as a unit secretary of a telemetry unit. She was promoted to the hospital’s staffing coordinator. In this role, Kindel made critical staffing decisions while collaborating with the Nurse Chief Executive, the directors, managers and charge nurses of the entire hospital. During her time at Good Samaritan, Kindel was nominated and awarded several recognitions, Friend of Nursing and MVP for stewardship, compassion, equality, and excellence to name a few.
Kindel has been involved in many community projects like building playgrounds and helping the elders in her community.
