
Sean Cannone, DO, CMD
Chief Medical Consultant.
Dr. Sean Cannone serves as the Chief Medical Officer at MPAC Healthcare. He graduated from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio in 1997 and is board certified in Family Medicine. His entire clinical career has been dedicated to caring for patients in the Long-Term Care / Post-Acute Care setting. He is certified as a medical director by AMDA – The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine and has served as the medical director for more than 20 LTC entities including: Skilled Nursing Facilities, CCRC’s, as well as Home Health & Hospice companies.
Dr. Cannone was a founding member of Consortium Concepts, LLC an Ohio-based LTC company specializing in medical education, geriatric formulary development, and consulting/advisory services. Additionally, he serves as Clinical Professor of Geriatric Medicine for the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Cannone has served as SVP & Executive Medical Director of Medical Operations and Post-Acute Care for Evolution Health, a population health company (and subsidiary of Envision Healthcare) based in Dallas, TX. He has also served as the Chief Medical Officer for Trident USA Health’s Mobile Clinical Services group.
Most recently, Dr. Cannone served as a State Medical Director for Optum in Ohio.
Dr. Cannone currently resides in Akron, Ohio with his wife of 25 years, Jody, and their four children: Emily, Audrey, Aiden & Evan. In his personal time, he enjoys playing the guitar, golfing, and being with his family.

Hailey F. Paley, MHA
Chief Operating Officer
Hailey joined MPAC in 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer after spending 15 years in various healthcare roles supporting the acute and post-acute environment. She is passionate about improving the status quo of healthcare and creating a better experience for patients and providers through collaboration, transparent problem-solving, and focused strategy.
Prior to MPAC Hailey held both operational and strategic leadership roles with regional start up’s and large nationwide provider organizations. Hailey has supported a variety of clinical program types including Post Acute, Palliative Care, Emergency Medicine, Value-based care, and Hospital Medicine. Hailey is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, NAACO’s, and received her MHA from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2010.
In her free time, you can find Hailey spending time with her husband Justin, and two children, Parks and Ella.

Mike Wills
Chief Financial Officer
Mike serves as MPAC Healthcare’s Chief Financial Officer and has been integral in the development of various functions within the Company including finance and accounting, human resources, and information/reporting.
Mike is excited to be part of a collaborative and employee-centric organization that fosters innovative, high-quality, equitable healthcare.
Prior to MPAC Healthcare, Mike worked as a management consultant specializing in operational analysis, cash management, and financial modeling.
Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor

Joe McDonough
Executive Chairman
Joe McDonough is the Executive Chairman of MPAC Healthcare and has been a healthcare executive for over 35 years. Prior to MPAC, Joe successfully led high growth companies providing services nationwide in the areas of post-acute rehabilitation therapy, institutional pharmacy and nurse practitioner medical care.
In addition to his post-acute sector experience, Joe has also led nationwide diagnostic imaging and radiology benefit management companies. Joe has in-depth experience structuring value and risk-based provider networks in partnerships with commercial payers, health systems and peer provider groups.
Prior to his career in healthcare, Joe held staff positions in the US Senate and Federal Government. Joe has served on numerous corporate and charitable boards. He and his family currently divide their time between Naples, FL and Atlanta, GA.
